How to Order

There are four ways to order Quest for Truth materials: online, by mail, by fax, or by telephone.

Online:

To order online, shop in the Vacation Bible school category at cph.org.

By Mail or Fax:

Print out our order form (in PDF). Mail your form to: Concordia Publishing House, Attn: Customer Service, 3558 S. Jefferson Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63118. Or fax your form to 1-800-490-9889 (in St. Louis, 314-268-1411).

Please indicate on your order form if you would like to receive delayed billing.

By Telephone:

To order by telephone, call 1-800-325-3040. Have ready the quantities and item numbers for the products you want to purchase. You might want to print out our order form (in PDF) to record your order before you call.
